Information we collect
We collect the contact, shipping, order, and customization information you provide, including the photos and optional notes used to design your order. Payment card details are collected and processed by Stripe and are not stored by Max+Me 3D.
How information is used
We use your information to create and fulfill orders, provide private order and design-progress updates, communicate transactional updates, prevent fraud, provide support, and comply with legal obligations.
Optional promotional email
If you choose the optional email signup at checkout, we record your choice, the signup wording, and the date with your order. This permission is separate from order updates and passwordless sign-in. Leaving the box unchecked does not affect your purchase or order communications. You can withdraw your promotional-email permission by contacting maxandme3d@gmail.com; promotional emails will also include an unsubscribe link. We do not automatically subscribe past customers.
Service providers
We use Netlify for application hosting and functions, Supabase for authentication and private data/file storage, Stripe for payments and refunds, EasyPost for shipping and tracking, and Resend for email. Each provider processes only the information required for its service.
Photo and design-image retention
Source photos and private design-preview images are scheduled for automatic deletion about 90 days after delivery. Order, payment, refund, shipping, and accounting records may be retained longer when needed for business or legal purposes.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete eligible personal information by contacting us. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
