Because every duck is custom-made from your photo, our refund rules protect both you and our small workshop.
Design preview
We send a design preview before printing. Please review carefully — once you approve, we print your design as shown.
Before approval
If you cancel before approving a design, we can refund unused design work at our discretion, less any non-refundable payment fees.
After approval / after shipping
Custom printed items generally cannot be returned for change of mind. If your duck arrives damaged or has a clear production defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos — we'll make it right with a reprint or refund.
Photo quality
Final likeness depends on the photo you send. We'll tell you if a photo needs a swap. Once you approve the preview, the print matches that preview.
