Every Max+Me duck is made to order. Here's how shipping and turnaround work.

Design first

After you order, we create a design preview of your duck. Nothing prints until you approve it. How quickly we start depends on photo clarity and queue volume.

Production

Once approved, we 3D print, finish, and pack your duck. Typical production is several days after approval — we'll keep you updated if timing shifts.

Shipping

We ship from the US using reliable carriers
Tracking is emailed when your order ships
Free shipping may apply based on cart total (see cart drawer for the live threshold)

International

We ship where Shopify and our carriers allow. Duties or import fees, if any, are the customer's responsibility.
