Custom products
All ducks are custom designed from customer photos and made to order. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed shipping deadlines.
Your content
You confirm you have the right to use any photo you upload, and that the photo does not infringe others' rights. You're responsible for the content of your uploads.
Orders & pricing
Prices are shown at checkout. Promotions and flock quantity discounts apply as advertised. We may cancel orders that appear fraudulent or that we cannot fulfill.
Intellectual property
Our brand, site design, and product concepts are protected. Your approved duck design is produced for your personal use and gifting.
Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Max+Me 3D is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products.
